I broke down on a Sunday with my Honda Goldwing Trike and a man working in the shop at Chochran's Travel Center suggested I contact Kirk's Cycle for my issues. I found your website and contact number and noticed that you didn't open until Tuesday morning. I called and left a message with my issues and that I was safe in a hotel in Ringgold. Tammy called me about an hour later (remember this is a Sunday) to help me. She gave me the name of a tow truck to get me hauled to her shop on Monday. She came into the office on Monday (when she didn't open until Tuesday) and helped get my bike (and trailer) into her buildings for the night. She then helped me get to a rental car place so I could get wheels to get me on my way to visit my son in Hinesville, GA. She got her service people on it first thing Tuesday and found they weren't comfortable working on my trike kit. Tammy got me in touch with a Motor Trike repair facility in Rome, GA who came & picked up the bike from Tammy. I went back to Tammy a few days later to pay her for the work she and her team had done. NO CHARGE was what I was told. They had done SO much for me and made me feel like a long lost friend. It is SO scary being a female and broke down so far from home (almost 600 miles). I was in GREAT hands with this team and I will NEVER forget it!! Thank you ALL!!!

Bought a 2019 Rancher and 2020 Rancher, as well as all helmets and accessories from Kirks Cycle. We also have Kirk's service our units. They have "THE" Best prices hands down on everything. We drive 3.5 hours one way to give them our business. I would go no where else if I needed service or to by a new Honda. You will not regret giving them your business.

I am 13 years old, and my dad purchased a 2017 Honda CRF150F from this dealership. I received the bike for Christmas, and it was spotless, damage free, and ran smoothly. I wpuld also like to mention that you had given my dad a great deal on a 2017 Honda TRX250X, before I said I wanted a dirt bike. The transition was smooth as my dad had a solid deal on the bike in a couple of hassle-free hours. A salesman gave him advice that actually impacted my dad's purchase, as he originally was going to get me a CRF125F. The salesman said his son grew out of a 125 quickly, and my dad listened. That same man also taught my dad how to take off and shift the bike. My dad had no complaints and he even got a Kirk's Cycle tee-shirt with the bike. Thanks for making this my best Christmas ever, and I hope I have the opportunity to do business with you in the future.

It's hard for me to believe, but after so many years shopping at one place in Canton, GA, to find this dealership, and to say already that they're "my" dealership. These folks are top notch, real, and seem to actually CARE about what they do, and the people who want to do business with them. I had a health related issue with a more sport oriented bike, and had to go back to a cruiser. It was a terrible year for motorcycles for me, but JoAnn and Jacob made the transition as painless as it could be. They listened to my situation, knew their stuff, and although only one other dealer had a bit better numbers on a bit older leftover model, I felt that these folks were worth choosing for the bike I ended up buying from them.
